These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the de33 website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). de33 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and de33 ("de33", "we", "our", or "us"). de33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. If it is discovered that a player no longer meets these requirements, de33 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending balance pending investigation. de33 accepts no liability for losses arising from ineligible play.

All deposits must be funded from a mobile wallet that is registered in the player's own name. de33 will not accept deposits from third-party wallets. Any deposit found to have originated from a wallet not registered in the account holder's name may be returned, the associated bonus forfeited, and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the originating deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal processing times are subject to the following conditions:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

By claiming any bonus on de33, you agree to all applicable wagering requirements and conditions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

1. Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to stated wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
2. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion terms.
3. de33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus or void associated winnings if it suspects abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity in connection with any promotion.
4. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses will have all accounts closed and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

de33 may introduce, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. Any bonus that has already been credited to a player's account before a promotion is withdrawn remains subject to the terms in force at the time of credit.

All bets placed on de33 are final once confirmed. de33 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display or a game malfunction, de33 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets without direct human input.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to fix the outcome of any game, match, or betting event.
• Using de33 for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at de33's discretion. Where an account is closed at a player's own request and no Terms breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet after applicable checks have been completed.

All content on the de33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, audio clips, and software — is the property of de33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from de33.

The de33 name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of de33. Use of these marks without the prior written consent of de33 is strictly prohibited. Third-party trademarks, including those of game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi, are the property of their respective owners and are referenced on this Platform solely to identify the corresponding products and services.

Where changes are material, de33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players, which may be delivered via email, an in-platform notification, or a notice posted on the de33 website.
